Sylvester Stallone set for Escape Plan 3

April 13, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Following his exit from The Expendables series, it looks like Sylvester Stallone has set his sights on another franchise, with Deadline reporting that he has officially signed on to star in Escape Plan 3.

Stallone has just reprised his role as Ray Breslin for the first sequel to the 2013 action thriller – titled Escape Plan 2: Hades – which sees Steven C. Miller directing a cast that includes Dave Bautista, Jesse Metcalfe, 50 Cent, Jaime King and Gordon Michaels.

Production on Escape Plan 2: Hades has just wrapped this week. It is currently without a release date, but slated to arrive in 2018.
