Live-action Teen Titans TV series to begin shooting in September

In April it was announced that DC is reviving its plans for the live-action Teen Titans TV series Titans as part of a brand new digital service from DC Entertainment and Warner Bros., and now we have word that it will begin shooting in the fall.

According to a job listing on My Entertainment World, production on Titans will get underway on September 25th in Atlanta, Georgia, which also happens to be the same location as The CW’s new DC show Black Lightning.

Titans has been developed by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti and will join the third season of the animated series Young Justice on the DC streaming platform at some point in 2018.
