HBO releases first trailer for My Dinner With Herve starring Peter Dinklage and Jamie Dornan

August 25, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

HBO has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming biographical drama My Dinner With Herve. Directed by Sacha Gervasi, the film is inspired by the true story journalist Danny Tate’s (Jamie Dornan) interview with The Man with the Golden Gun and Fantasy Island star Hervé Villechaize (Peter Dinklage) as it unfolds during one wild night in L.A.; watch it here…

“Inspired by a real story, My Dinner With Hervé explores the unlikely friendship between struggling journalist Danny Tate (Jamie Dornan) and Hervé Villechaize (Peter Dinklage), the world’s most famous knife-wielding French dwarf actor, as it unfolds over one wild night in L.A. — an encounter that will have life-changing consequences for both.”

My Dinner With Herve premieres on October 20th on HBO and features a cast that also includes Mireille Enos, Harriet Walter, Oona Chaplin, David Strathairn, and Andy Garcia.
