Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg returning to adult animation with Bubble

May 4, 2020 by Gary Collinson

Following on from 2016’s Sausage Party, Seth Rogen and his producing partner Evan Goldberg are returning to the world of adult animation with an adaptation of Jordan Morris’ 2018 podcast Bubble for Sony Pictures Animation.

Morris will write the script for the film adaptation, which follows an unlikely group of friends who come together thanks to an Uber-like app for hunting monsters called Huntr.

Rogen and Goldberg are set to produce the movie through their Point Grey banner alongside Matt Tolmach (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Venom), with whom they previously collaborated on the Hulu series Future Man.
