SpongeBob’s Idle Adventures coming to mobiles this summer

Kongregate has announced they will be releasing a brand new SpongeBob game on mobile devices this summer.  SpongeBob’s Idle Adventures will take players on an underwater adventure to Bikini Bottom and wacky new dimensions.  You can watch the game’s announcement trailer below.

SpongeBob’s Idle Adventures begins with a normal day in Bikini Bottom and Sandy Cheeks is celebrating her birthday with her friends when Patrick Star goes and breaks her vortex machine.  In typical Patrick-caused-disaster fashion, the vortex machine sends everyone spiraling into a new dimension.

Players will need to help SpongeBob and other fan-favourite characters, including Squidward, Mr. Krabs and Plankton, in trying to get back home to the real Bikini Bottom.
