Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for Abigail, the upcoming horror from Scream filmmakers Radio Silence ahead of its arrival in cinemas later this month.
The film follows a group of criminals as they break into an isolated mansion to hold the young daughter of a powerful underworld to ransom, but they soon discover the girl isn’t as innocent as she seems as the captors’ numbers start mysteriously dwindling. Watch the trailer below…
After a group of would-be criminals kidnap the 12-year-old ballerina daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all they have to do to collect a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight. In an isolated mansion, the captors start to dwindle, one by one, and they discover, to their mounting horror, that they’re locked inside with no normal little girl.
Abigail features a cast that includes Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud, and Alisha Weir.
Abigail arrives in cinemas on April 19th.
