Gameplay trailer revealed for Call of Cthulhu

August 27, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Focus Home Interactive have revealed a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming RPG investigation game, Call of Cthulhu.  Inspired by Chaosium’s classic pen and paper RPG, Call of Cthulhu will take players to the nightmarish land of Lovecraft.  In this gameplay trailer we follow protagonist Edward Pierce as he explores the Hawkins Mansion. You can watch this part of his investigation below…

Call of Cthulhu follows the investigation of private investigator Edward Pierce as he visits the island of Darkwater on an assignment to solve the mysterious death of the Hawkins family.  The Hawkins mansion is isolated and the unfriendly locals and dubious police reports soon make Pierce realise there is more to this case than meets the eye.  The case soon drives Edward to the very brink of insanity as he discovers cultists, conspiracies and demons. With Call of Cthulhu gamers will be taken ever closer to Lovecraftian cosmic horrors and the Great Dreamer.

Call of Cthulhu, the official videogame inspired by Chaosium’s classic pen and paper RPG, is set to unleash madness when the game releases for consoles and PC on October 30. Today, prepare your mind for all-new gameplay, taken from Edward Pierce’s investigations within the Hawkins Mansion.

Call of Cthulhu will be released on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC on 30th October,
