New nocturnal level added to Human: Fall Flat

December 12, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Curve Digital has released a brand new level for their massively popular physics based puzzle platformer Human: Fall Flat as part of an update on Steam.  Titled Dark, this new level will challenge players with all sorts of puzzles.  Gamers on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch will be able to play this level in 2019.

This brand new level takes players to a nocturnal map where the eerie glow of the full moon illuminates the surroundings just like all classic horrors.  With a landscape filled with classic horror tropes and imagery, players will need to wobble Bob across deviously designed puzzles with magnets, electricity and all manner of contraptions.

This free new stage is available to play in both single player and multiplayer.

Released alongside this new level are 4 Christmas themed skins to get you in the festive mood, these new skins are: the Christmas Pudding, Turkey, Present and Gingerbread Woman.

“Ever since the release of Aztec back in 2017, fans have begged me to add more stages to Human: Fall Flat,” said developer Tomas Sakalauskas. “Now, we’re getting more levels and other surprises! I’m particularly pleased that we’ve managed to complete Dark in time for the end of the year, as it adds an all new atmosphere to Human: Fall Flat. The game has always had a mischievous sense of humor and I think the spooky new theme fully embraces it.”

“Human: Fall Flat‘s physics-based puzzle solving has always had staying power, and we think the new stage adds a fresh new layer to the game’s hijinks with its moody imagery and evocative aesthetic,” said Cédrine Décoret, Product Manager at Curve Digital. “And this is only the first of several updates, so look out for more new content next year!”

This free new level and the 4 Christmas themed skins are available to download now from Steam.
