Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack brings new dinos to Jurassic World Evolution

December 13, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Frontier Developments Universal Games have announced the release of the Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack for Jurassic World Evolution, the popular park management game based on the blockbuster film franchise.  Released alongside this DLC will be a free game update introducing a Challenge Mode feature and new sandbox options.  Meet these new dinosaurs in the trailer below…

With the latest Dinosaur Pack, players can add three new dinosaurs to their park to add extra attraction for visitors.  These dinos are: Iguanadon – a herbivore as comfortable on two legs as it is on four, Carcharodontosaurus – a large carnivore from the Cenomanian stage of the mid-Cretaceous Period, and Dreadnoughtus – a truly titanic sauropod that is more interested in leaves than anything else.

Alongside this DLC, all Jurassic World Evolution players will be able to download a free update introducing Challenge Mode features to every island, plus all new sandbox options that will include controls for adjusting dinosaur aggression.  Players will also experience new UI features that will make management more accessible.  For owners of Secrets of Dr. Wu DLC, Both maps in this campaign will now have Challenge Mode.

The Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack is available now on PC and Xbox One and will be arriving soon on Playstation 4.
