Paradise arrives on PC with Tropico 6

March 29, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Get ready to enter the island paradise home of El Presidente as Kalypso Media and Limbic Entertainment announce the release of Tropico 6 on Windows PC and Linux.  This latest instalment of the popular Tropico franchise will once more require players to become a visionary leader and steer their island nation to glory.  A sun kissed launch trailer can be seen below…

Tropico 6 will see players able to shape their country however they want, the people want a wise and dutiful leader so choose from a feared dictator or peace-loving statesman and everything inbetween.  Four distinctive eras and a position on the international stage lay in wait ready to challenge those who think they have the talent for leadership.

For the first time in the series, players will be able to manage huge archipelagos and link them up with transportation networks, customise their palace and even give election speeches to win over your citizens.  Another first for the series will see players able to send their agents to different countries to steal iconic landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower and use these to boost tourism.

Tropico 6 is available physically and digitally now on Windows PC and Linux with a console version set to arrive this summer.
