Curran Walters’ Jason Todd upped to series regular for Titans season 2

According to Geeks Worldwide, actor Curran Walters has been upped to a series regular for the second season of the live-action Teen Titans series Titans.

Walters made his debut as Jason Todd, a.k.a. the second Robin, as a guest star in the first season of the DC Universe show. He now joins returning Brenton Thwaites (Robin), Anna Diop (Starfire), Ryan Potter (Beast Boy) and Teagan Croft (Raven) as part of the series regular cast.

The second season of Titans will also see the introduction of Joshua Orpin (The Black Mysteries: Ghost Stories) as Clark Kent/Superboy, Esai Morales (Ozark) as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, Chella Man as Joseph Wilson/Jericho, and Chelsea Zhang (Andi Mack) as Rose Wilson/Ravager.

From executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter, TITANS is an all-new live-action drama series that follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In this action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others. TITANS is a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.

Season two of Titans is set to premiere on DC Universe in the Fall.
