Old-timers DLC now available on Spintires: MudRunner

May 1, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have released the Old Timers DLC for their hardcore mud-drenched driving sim Spintires: Mudrunner.  This latest DLC is free to download on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC and features new vehicles on a vintage theme, new add-ons and a new map.

The brand new map is the US based Rocky Hills.  Players will find this to be more challenging than a normal map as there is no garage and the focus is on an off-road climbing puzzle.

The update brings two vintage vehicles to players, the 1950s GMC DW950 and the 1957 General Motors Chevrolet NAPCO 3100 which has minor modern updates allowing it to handle the treacherous maps of Mudrunner.  These vehicles are compatible with a number of existing add-ons although the update does bring two new ones: a scout trailer and a loaded log cart, this latter add-on is exclusive to the Rocky Hills map.

The Old-Timers DLC is available now, completely free of charge and does not require the American Wilds expansion to run.

Are you a fan of Spintires: Mudrunner?  Are you looking forward to Mudrunners 2 later this year? If so then leave a comment below or chat with us on Twitter @FMyth_Gaming.
