Season 2 of Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid available now

Developer nWay has announced the release of Season 2 of the popular fighting game Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid on Xbox One and PC.  This second season features a mix of free and payable content including three new fan favorite warriors, a new arena, new character skin and more.  A new trailer for the Season 2 pass can be seen below…

The paid DLC will include three new characters, Anubis ‘Doggie’ Cruger – a master swordsman and the commander of Space Patrol Delta on Earth (available now), Eric Myers – Power Rangers Time Force member who is expert with blaster shots and utilises teleports to harass opponents, and Dai Shi – the evil spirit of an ancient eight-headed dragon.  Also included with the paid DLC  is the new character skin for Tommy Oliver, this new skin allows players to fight as the first White Ranger.

The free content includes a new arena set in the training grounds of the Space Patrol Delta Base, the Delta Squad Megazord as a new Ultra and a number of new banners to unlock featuring art from the new characters and Story Mode.

The Season 2 Pass for all paid content is available now and will provide access to all new characters with Anubis ‘Doggie’ Cruger being available immediately, Eric Myers and the Mighty Morphin White Ranger skin coming in October, and finally Dai Shi set to arrive in November.

Also released today is the PC version of the game which features a roster of 12 starting characters ranging from Jason Lee Scott to Lord Drakkon, 4 Ultras, 8 brilliant arenas including Zordon’s Training Room, Lord Drakkon’s Throne Room and the Mystic Forest plus much more.
