UK trailer for sci-fi thriller Voyagers starring Tye Sheridan, Lily-Rose Depp and Colin Farrell

October 1, 2021 by Amie Cranswick

Sky has announced that it is bringing director Neil Burger’s sci-fi thriller Voyagers to the UK this month with an exclusive Sky Cinema and NOWTV release; check out the UK artwork and trailer for the film below…

Set in the near future, the film chronicles the odyssey of 30 young men and women who are sent deep into space on a multi-generational mission in search of a new home. The mission descends into madness, as the crew reverts to its most primal state, not knowing if the real threat they face is what’s outside the ship or who they’re becoming inside it.

With the future of the human race in danger, a group of young men and women, bred for enhanced intelligence and to suppress emotional impulses, embark on an expedition to colonize a distant planet. But when they uncover disturbing secrets about the mission, they defy their training and begin to explore their most primitive natures. As life on the ship descends into chaos, they’re consumed by fear, lust, and the hunger for power.
