Comedy crime adventure The Big Con available to preorder on Xbox and Steam

August 12, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Mighty Yell and publisher Skybound Games has announced that digital pre-orders are now available for their upcoming ‘90s cross-country adventure game The Big Con on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, and is also available to add to your wishlist on Steam for PC.  This comical journey will bring a life of petty thievery and silly mischief when it launches on 31st August.

Follow teenage con artist Ali as she sets out to save her mum’s video store from unscrupulous loan sharks by making money any way she can.  Players will experience clever puzzles and punchy dialogue as they pick pockets, crack locks, use disguises, persuade marks and even profit from the latest plushie fad.

As players travel across the country they will need to talk their way out of trouble and also meet a weird cast of characters that they will have the chance to rip off.

The Big Con features:

  • An irreverent comic adventure with open-ended situations, puzzles and exploration.
  • Sneak, pickpocket, wear disguises and con anyone you can.
  • Talk your way into deals and out of trouble as you travel across the country.
  • Meet a cast of weird ‘90s characters and choose whether to help them or con them.
  • Original theme song from Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? house band Rockapella!

Those wanting a comedic life can preorder and wishlist The Big Con  now.
