Hot off the heels of her return as Debra Morgan in Dexter: New Blood, Deadline reports Jennifer Carpenter is set to lead and executive produce Ballistic, a new thriller series from New Regency and QCode.
Ballistic will see Carpenter as “a secret operative who, after a mission is compromised, is forced into a psychological game of cat and mouse with her own mind while being hunted down by the very program that created her.”
Starring alongside Carpenter in the series will be Lihi Kornowski (Losing Alice) and Jonathan Ohye (Bosch). Ballistic was created by Spenser Cohen (Moonfall) and Anna Halberg (Distant), both of whom will serve as showrunners and executive producers.
Directing the six-episode series will be Jeremy Rush (Wheelman), who will also executive produce.
