A24 has released a poster and trailer for The Debut, the upcoming comedy drama from writer-director Jesse Eisenberg.
Julianne Moore stars as Mona, a shy housewife who auditions for a part in a small community theatre production, immersing herself in the role which transforms her, as she finds herself at war with its domineering director (Paul Giamatti).
Joining Moore, Giamatti and Eisenberg in the cast are Halle Bailey, Cara Buono, Craig Bierko, Eldar Isgandarov, and Bernadette Peters. Watch the trailer below…
