This year, we’ve conjured the burlap sack baddie of Halloween Town, Oogie Boogie, for our must-have Monster High mashup. This frightastic doll wears a neon green fashion with black patchwork-like stitches, inspired by Oogie Boogie’s underground lair lurk.
