Mattel has unveiled the latest wave of Masters of the Universe Origins 200X Cartoon Collection action figures, which includes Sorceress, Trap Jaw, Man-E-Faces, and Sy-Klone. This Origins Cartoon Collection Sorceress action figure is inspired by the well-loved MOTU 200X action figure line, itself inspired by the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe TV series. This reimagined version of the toy line released in 2002 has retro style but modern posability. At Origins’ 5= 1/2-inch scale, the winged guardian of Castle Grayskull has 16 points of articulation, swappable body parts and comes with a winged staff. Her wings are removable and her appearance and accessories are inspired by the episode “The Ties That Bind.”

This re-imagined version of Man-E-Faces from the vintage toy line released in 2002 has retro style but modern posability. He’s oversized to the usual Origins figures. This big character, with a rotating head that reveals all 3 faces – Human, Robot, Monster — looks ready to bust out of the package. This heroic warrior with the spin-to-change faces comes with a blaster and a collector card.

At Origins’ 5 1/2-inch scale, the Heroic Human Tornado has 16 points of articulation and swappable body parts. He has a lenticular chest detail and comes with a shield and the red rings first introduced on the 200X figure and inspired by the episode “The Mystery of Anwat Gar.”
