Big Trouble in Little China/Escape from New York and Champions top bestselling comic books and graphic novels of October 2016

Diamond Comic Distributors has released details of the bestselling comic books and graphic novels of October 2016.

While the Marvel NOW! relaunch helped propel Marvel ahead of DC following three months of Rebirth leading the way, it was Boom! Studios’ Big Trouble in Little China/Escape from New York #1 which came out on top in terms of comic books (thanks in no small part to its Loot Crate inclusion).

Marvel’s new flagship title Champions #1 took second place, while the TPB Champions: No Time For Losers was the best-selling graphic novel of the month.
