Moonlight actor Trevante Rhodes joins Shane Black’s The Predator

January 5, 2017 by James Garcia

It’s been several months since we’ve heard anything new about Shane Black’s upcoming reboot of The Predator, and while plot details are still being kept under wraps, THR is now reporting that there’s a new addition to the cast: Moonlight breakout star Trevante Rhodes.

Rhodes will play the best friend of Narcos and Logan actor Boyd Holbrook, the film’s lead protagonist. The report claims that both Holbrook and Rhodes’ characters will be ex-marines.

Shane Black hopes to begin filming the reboot this winter. The film also stars X-Men: Apocalypse actress Olivia Munn.
