Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. looking to cast Kree assassin for season 5

October 15, 2017 by Gary Collinson

During the New York Comic Con it was confirmed that the Kree are set to return for the upcoming fifth season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and now That Hashtag Show is reporting that the show is looking to add the Kree assassin character Sals-Bek.

Apparently Marvel is looking to cast a stunt performer for a two-episode arc as the character, who featured in the Inhumans: The Great Refuge comic book storyline – prompting speculation that ABC could be planning a crossover between Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and its new Inhumans series.

Season five of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to premiere on Friday, December 1st and features a cast that includes Clark Gregg (Phil Coulson), Ming-Na Wen (Melinda May), Chloe Bennet (Daisy Johnson), Iain De Caestecker (Leo Fitz), Elizabeth Henstridge (Jemma Simmons), Henry Simmons (Alphonso ‘Mack’ MacKenzie) and Natalia Cordova-Buckley (Elena ‘Yo-Yo’ Rodriguez).
