Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we’ve got a first look at the upcoming action comedy Stuber starring Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick); check them out here…
Directed by Michael Dowse (Goon), Stuber sees Nanjiani portraying Stu, a mild-mannered Uber driver, who picks up a grizzled cop (Bautista) on the trail of a brutal killer. Thrust into the harrowing ordeal, the driver has to keep his wits, his life, and his five-star rating.
In addition to Bautista and Najniani, Stuber also stars Karen Gillan, Betty Gilpin, Iko Uwais, Mira Sorvino and Natalie Morales. It is set to premiere at SXSW next week ahead of a release on July 12th 2019.
