Fox plans a Bones and Sleepy Hollow crossover

July 17, 2015 by Justin Cook

Fox is planning a Bones and Sleepy Hollow crossover for this upcoming 2015-2016 TV season.

The crossover will reportedly be two episodes, one for each show, and will feature multiple character from each show stepping into the other’s universe.

Very few details are known about the episodes at the time, including a specific date to expect to see them.

A crossover is a particularly strange idea, considering that Bones and Sleepy Hollow are two very different shows that take place in two very different universes. Sleepy Hollow is a supernatural drama, while Bones is a more realistic police procedural.

The eleventh season of Bones and third season of Sleepy Hollow will both begin on October 1, 2015. Bones stars Emily Deschanel as Dr. Brennan and David Boreanaz as Agent Booth, and Sleepy Hollow stars Tom Mison as Ichabod Crane and Nicole Beharie as Abbie Mills.
