Hardcore pixel-shooter Nazizombie’s Slayer gets a trailer and playable demo

October 16, 2024 by Andrew Newton

Indie developer Ousiron has announced that a playable demo for their top down, hardcore pixel-shooter Nazizombie’s Slayer is now available on Steam. This new demo will allow players to experience being a mercenary prior to the game’s release next year.

In Nazizombie’s Slayer the state of Zeichland has grand designs for their future and world conquest so declares war on the rest of the world.  The war takes a terrible toll on humanity but not for the mercenaries who see it as an opportunity to improve their skills and earn a great deal of money.  The newly opened branch of the Lanor Guild for mercenaries is making a roaring trade in accepting missions and the need for more merc’s is always high.

Taking the role of a mercenary in the Lower Zeich region, players will be working for the Guild to solve challenges, complete quests, kill the enemy and get rewarded.  Following each mission players will be able to purchase new equipment such as various outfits, trade items found in the levels at the bar and make upgrades to stats.

Featuring:

  • A stealth mechanic to creep up on enemies to take them out.
  • A variety of mines and grenades that freeze, poison or just damage enemies. These can be combined for different effects.
  • Discover valuable items in levels and trade them on for more money.
  • A range of simple puzzles to complete in levels.
  • Secrets to discover on each mission.

The Nazizombie’s Slayer demo is available on Steam now.
