Focus Features has debuted the first trailer for writer-director Craig Brewer’s musical drama Song Sung Blue.
Based on the 2008 documentary of the same name, the film stars Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson as Mike and Claire, a couple of down of their luck musicians who form a Neil Diamond tribute band known as Lightning & Thunder. Check out the trailer below…

Joining Jackman and Hudson in the cast are Michael Imperioli, Ella Anderson, King Princess, Mustafa Shakir, Hudson Hensley, Fisher Stevens and Jim Belushi.
Song Sung Blue arrives in cinemas on December 25th.
