As Sarah (Jacobson) finds love and independence in 1990s San Francisco, a visit home reunites her with her vibrant mother Midge (Louis-Dreyfus) and the wonderfully imperfect family that shaped her. When Midge is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Sarah discovers that while family is never simple, the ties that bind us — through laughter, heartbreak and joy — endure even as memories begin to fade.
Tangles is in theaters from January 22nd, 2027.
