Focus Entertainment has released a new trailer for the upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 showing the might of the Emperor of Man as they take on the terror that is the Tyranids and the evil brutality of the Thousand Sons Chaos Space Marine Legion. The new ‘Angels of Death’ trailer (see below) follows the Ultramarines champions Titus, Chairon and Gadriel as they fight to defend humanity.
In Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 players become the might that is the Adeptus Astartes in the wartorn universe of the 41st millennium. Throughout single-player, co-op and competitive multiplayer modes players will take on hordes of the most foulest alien creatures, daemons of Chaos and corrupted traitor legions.
Players will be able to get a couple of friends together and defend the Imperium of Man as Lieutenant Titus, Chairon and Gadriel in a co-op-enabled campaign, specific PvE missions and PvP battles. Players will be able to customise and upgrade their heroes as six different classes of Space Marines.
There are a few days still remaining for gamers to pre-order the Gold or Ultra Edition, which offers early unlock up to four days before the game’s official release on 9th September. The Gold and Ultra Editions will also include the Space Marine 2 Season Pass granting players additional cosmetics inspired by the glorious Space Marine Chapters of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Post release will see a number of free updates for all which will add new missions, new enemies, weapons and more.
Look out for war coming to the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store) on 9th September.
