Netflix has debuted the first teaser trailer for Sky Kids: Armageddon, the reboot of Robert Rodriguez’s 2001 family action adventure Spy Kids.
Rodriguez returns to direct the film, which is co-written with his son Racer, and follows the adventures of Tony and Patty (Connor Esterson and Everly Carganilla), children of the world’s greatest secret agents, who take on a powerful and diabolical game developer Rey “The King” Kingston (Billy Magnussen) who has unleashed a virus that gives him control of all technology.
When the children of the world’s greatest secret agents unwittingly help a powerful Game Developer unleash a computer virus that gives him control of all technology, they must become spies themselves to save their parents and the world.
Featuring in the cast of Spy Kids: Armageddon are Connor Esterson, Everly Carganilla, Zachary Levi, Gina Rodriguez, and Billy Magnussen.
Spy Kids: Armageddon arrives on Netflix on September 22nd.
