The Marvels 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and Digital release details and special features revealed

Marvel Studios has announced that Nia DaCosta’s superhero team-up movie The Marvels will arrive on digital on January 16th, followed by a 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD release on February 13th; check out the cover artwork, bonus feature details and trailer below…

 

Higher. Further. Faster. Together! Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau and Ms. Marvel assemble in this epic action-packed cosmic adventure. With the help of Nick Fury (and Carol’s pet Flerken, Goose!), they must band together to take on the powerful Dar-Benn, new leader of the Kree.

The Marvels is directed by Nia DaCosta, who “delivers a film with tons of heart, and endless laughs.” (Amelia Emberwing, IGN) that is “fortified by compelling performances and thoughtful storytelling, delivering a superhero film that pulsates with life, energy, and a sense of purpose.” (Valerie Complex, Deadline).

Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole, her powers are entangled with super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and work together to save the universe.
