Zachary Quinto has joined the cast of Hannibal, with Entertainment Weekly revealing that the Star Trek star will appear in at least one episode of the third season as a patient of Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson).
The third season has also seen Richard Armitage joining the cast as Francis Dolarhyde, a.k.a.The Tooth Fairy from Red Dragon, while Michael Pitt’s Mason Verger has been recast, with Joe Anderson now set to play the character.
Season three of Hannibal is set to get underway in the summer.
