Well, if you don’t have time to go back and catch up on Dave Filoni’s animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels in advance of Ahsoka’s premiere, then the official Star Wars YouTube channel has now released a new featurette which delves into the story of Ahsoka Tano and her relationship with her former Jedi master, Anakin Skywalker. Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows the former Jedi knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
Ahsoka stars Rosario Dawson as the titular Ahsoka Tano, Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Eman Esfandi as Ezra Bridger, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, David Tennant as Huyang, Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth and Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati.
