Players of Joycity’s Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War will be interested to hear that legendary pirate hunter Captain Armando Salazar and his ship, the Silent Mary, have been added to the game. There’s also the addition of Alliance battles, a brand new tier 3 tactician and a new event just for December.
Pirate hunter Captain Salazar will appear in the game as a phantom called Salazar’s Shade and will come with powerful skills and an overwhelming hunger for vengeance. Salazar’s Shade will command the Silent Mary as a Unique Tactician. Talking of Tacticians, Malik Bolston has joined the collection of characters as a brand new Tier 3 Tactician.
Also included in this latest update is the Alliance Battle feature. This new feature will allow alliances to battle against each other with those who participate in the fight earning Honour Points that can be used to purchase useful in-game items. The Pirate Hall and Weapon Workshop can now be upgraded to S level 3 and before releasing a monster back into the sea, their details can be viewed in the Monster Cage.
Finally, with the end of the year fast approaching, Joycity are giving players an early Christmas present as during December, those players who check in a total of 7 days throughout the event period will receive a Unique Tactician Invitation. Other end of year events are planned so keep an eye out from the crow’s nest.
