Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Deluxe Edition to see a physical release this June

April 4, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Fatshark and publisher 505 Games have announced that they will be bringing the award winning Warhammer: Vermintide 2 to Xbox One and Playstation 4 as a physical retail release on 14th June.  Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Deluxe Edition will include both DLCs and a host of other premium content.

The Deluxe Edition will include the previously released DLCs Shadows Over Bögenhafen and Back to Ubersreik, plus additional content such as tailored missions (Heroic Deeds) character skins.  Players will even be able to boast ownership of a portrait frame and the Sigmar Keep Statue.

Warhammer: Vermintide II takes players back to the Warhammer world as the Reikland is once again under threat from the verminous tide of Skaven.  However, the cruel Skaven have learned from their previous defeat and this time have brought some friends with them…… big ugly Chaos worshipping friends from the north.  Not only will heroes have to fight Rat Ogres, Assassins and the other unpleasant rat-men but will also have to fight the twisted, bloodthirsty forces of Chaos.

Players accepting the challenge will experience a new enemy faction, 15 new career paths, talent trees, new weapons and an improved loot system plus much more.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Deluxe Edition will arrive at retailers on 14th June.
