Paul Feig’s A Simple Favor sequel gets title and poster

To celebrate the announcement that Paul Feig’s A Simple Favor sequel has been chosen as the opening night film for this years SXSW Festival, Amazon MGM Studios has released a poster that confirms the title and release date for the Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick headlined dark-comedy.

Titled Another Simple Favor, the eagerly anticipated follow-up to the 2018 hit sees the return of Stephanie Smothers (Anna Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Blake Lively) as they head to the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman.

Also starring Andrew Rannells (Girls), Bashir Salahuddin (Miller’s Girl), Elizabeth Perkins (Big), Michele Morrone (Subservience), Alex Newell (Glee), with Henry Golding (Last Christmas) and Academy Award winner Allison Janney (I, Tonya), Another Simple Favor will premiere on March 7th, before streaming on Prime Video from May 1st.
