Quiver has released a trailer for Stranglehold, the upcoming dark comedy crime thriller from actor-turned-director Clark Duke (Arkansas).
The film follows social media obsessed stripper Bailey, who is fed up with her life in a small Arkansas town, and encourages her husband to help rob the club she works as in hope of being able to give their young daughter a good Christmas.
The cast includes Ashley Benson, Jake Lacy, Justin Long, Ron Perlman, Chandler Duke, Elle King, David Arquette, Brian Posehn, and Chris Redd. Watch the trailer below…
Obsessed with the glamorous influencers she follows on social media and fed up with her life of barely getting by, a small-town Arkansas stripper named Bailey (Ashley Benson) decides to rob the club she works at with the help of her ex-military husband, Tim (Jake Lacy), so they can give their infant daughter a decent Christmas and a better life.
