As of this moment, Avengers 4 is the only movie in the current slate of MCU films to not have a title. We know that the next Avengers film will be officially titled Avengers: Infinity War, but the previous title for Avengers 4 has since been removed (Avengers: Infinity War – Part II). Well, it seems we may not find out the name of the fourth Avengers movie until after Avengers: Infinity War has opened.
Cinemablend was able to chat to Kevin Feige at the L.A. press day for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 regarding the official title of Avengers 4, and its storyline. This is what was said:
“… When I talked with Joe and Anthony Russo last year, I guess a couple months ago, they mentioned… we [the public] don’t know the name of Avengers 4, that they’re not going to announce it, it’s going to be a minute. I’m curious if the reason for that is because it’s a spoiler.”
Kevin Feige: “Yeah, for sure.”
“…Will Thanos be in both movies? Or is his story complete by the end of Infinity War?
Kevin Feige: “They’re two very different movies. That’s all I’ll say.”
… So, Avengers 4 stays shrouded in mystery. Regardless, this is intriguing news. What do you think all of this means? Let us know in the comments below!

Avengers: Infinity War opens on April 27th 2018 in the UK and May 4th 2018 in the US, with the as-yet-untitled Avengers 4 following on April 26th 2019 in the UK and May 3rd in the US.
