EA are giving away Dragon Age: Origins for free

EA’s On the House Promotion is now offering Dragon Age: Origins completely for free. Although you have to download the game through EA’s Origin service, Dragon Age for absolutely nothing is a pretty sweet deal.

Origins is the first game in the Dragon Age series, having released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC back in 2009. EA are allowing you to pick up the game for free a month before the new Dragon Age game, Inquisition, releases. Inquisition will allow you to import the choices you made in the last two games.

Considering Dragon Age: Origins is generally still a $20, this seems like a deal that’s too good to miss, especially if you’re looking to get into the series before Inquisition drops. EA’s On the House Promotion has also seen big titles like Dead Space be given away for free and you can still pick up Bejeweled 3 right now.

Make sure to pick up your free game soon, as the offer ends on October 14th.
