Michael Keaton is reportedly in talks to star in Legendary Pictures’ Kong: Skull Island according to Deadline. Keaton is currently receiving a great deal of awards buzz for his role in Birdman.
Kong: Skull Island promises to fully immerse audiences in the mysterious and dangerous home of the iconic ape as a team of explorers ventures deep inside the treacherous, primordial island.
Kong: Skull Island is set for release March 10th, 2017 and is being directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts (The Kings of Summer) from a script by John Gatins (Flight) and Max Borenstein (Godzilla). So far the cast Tom Hiddleston (Thor: The Dark World) and J.K. Simmons (Whiplash).
