Australian horror-thriller Birdeater unveils trailer ahead of SXSW

Ahead of its international premiere this coming Saturday at SXSW, a trailer has been released the Australian horror-thriller Birdeater.

Directed by Jack Clark and Jim Weir, the film follows a young bride-to-be as she finds herself trapped in a feral nightmare when she joins her fiancé’s remote bachelor party in the Australian outback. Watch the trailer below…

A bride-to-be is invited to join her own fiancé’s bachelor party on a remote property in the Australian outback. But as the festivities spiral into beer-soaked chaos, uncomfortable details about their relationship are exposed, and the celebration soon becomes a feral nightmare.

Featuring in the cast of Birdeater are Shabana Azeez, Mackenzie Fearnley, Ben Hunter, Jack Bannister, Clementine Anderson, Alfie Gledhill, Harley Wilson, and Caroline McQuade.
