Chris Pratt says Jurassic World 2 is scarier, darker, and unexpected

April 19, 2017 by Robert Kojder

As all corners of the universe gear up for the highly anticipated next entry in the MCU, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Chris Pratt has been doing media rounds to promote the blockbuster and has naturally found himself fielding questions on the other mega-popular franchise he is part of, and specifically the upcoming sequel Jurassic World 2.

“[J.A. Bayona is a] remarkable filmmaker,” he told ScreenRant. “If you haven’t seen The Impossible or A Monster Calls, I mean he’s really visually masterful. Deep emotions and suspense. I think it’s going to be a scarier version. A little bit darker and will continue to expand and carry the story forward in a way that is really unexpected and you wouldn’t have imagined.”
