Daniel Craig rumoured to have signed on for two more Bond movies

August 8, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Following the news that Bond 25 is set to hit cinemas in November 2019, there’s been a lot of speculation suggesting that Daniel Craig has already finalised his deal to return as 007, although for some reason Eon is keeping his involvement under wraps for the time being.

Well, according to The Sun – so get your pinch of salt at the ready – Craig has actually signed on to return for two more movies in Bond 25 and a remake of 1969’s On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. Should the report prove true, this would take Craig through to six Bond outings, and could potentially see him overtaking the late Roger Moore as the longest serving Bond.

That being said, this is a tabloid rumour we’re talking about (and The Sun at that), so it’s entirely possible – if not extremely likely – that it’s just a fabricated story, similar to The Mirror’s recent claims that Bond 25 will be titled Shatterhand.
