Mars Attracts invades Steam Early Access

September 15, 2025 by Andrew Newton

There’s chaotic entertainment invading the planet today as Outlier Games announce the arrival of their highly anticipated park management sim Mars Attracts on Steam Early Access. Build the ultimate theme park for Martians at the expense of humanity in this darkly mischievous tycoon game. Watch the new trailer below to see what’s in store for players taking on the job as park manager…

In this theme park management sim, take the role of the park manager and build rides and attractions to entertain your Martian guests. Construct rides, hire staff, manage the needs of every guest, and travel through time to abduct humans from various points in human history.

As park manager, players will need to ensure their guests are happy with their visit by conducting ‘cultured’, yet twisted experiments on abducted humans. However, there is always the threat of a human escape, so players must be prepared for such an event.

Inspired by the likes of Roller Coaster Tycoon, Theme Hospital, and Zoo Tycoon, Mars Attracts provides an in-depth management simulation combined with a retro futuristic, B-movie inspired style.

The Early Access phase is expected to continue for 9 months, and during that time, players can provide feedback on the new features and updates through the Outlier Games’ Discord. Gamers will be able to look forward to new maps, missions, buildings, and characters during the period.

Fans will have the opportunity to get a very special Supporter’s Edition, which includes an hour-long behind-the-scenes featurette, the game’s soundtrack, and a 56-page artbook packed full of concept art, character design, etc.. Those who buy this version will also gain access to a bonus human enclosure and a special character representing the Space Age

Mars Attracts is available on Steam Early Access now, with a 10% discount available until 22nd September.
