Marvel Legacy and The Walking Dead lead bestselling comics and graphic novels of September 2017

Marvel launched its latest revamp last month with the release of Marvel Legacy #1, and the one shot has not only topped the sales chart for the month, but it has also become the biggest selling comic book of the year so far with almost 300,000 copies sold.

In addition to Marvel Legacy #1, Marvel also had Venomverse #1 in the top ten, while DC has seven titles, led by Dark Nights: Metal #2. Meanwhile, on the graphic novel front, Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard’s The Walking Dead Vol. 28 was the biggest seller of the month, topping DC’s Dark Knight III: The Master Race in second place.
