Richard Armitage is The Man from Rome in trailer for mystery-thriller

Screen Media Films has revealed a new trailer for the US release of the mystery-thriller The Man from Rome.

Directed by Sergio Dow, the film stars Richard Armitage as Father Quart, a Vatican intelligence operative who finds his faith and loyalty put to the test during an investigation of an anonymous message to the Pope which leads to a deep conspiracy unfolding.

Vatican intelligence operative Father Quart (Richard Armitage) investigates an anonymous message sent to the pope concerning a crumbling Spanish church that “kills to defend itself”. A deep conspiracy unfolds that puts Father Quart’s loyalty and faith to the test.

The Man from Rome arrives in cinemas and On Demand in the US on June 30th.
