Supernatural creature feature The Drowned unveils trailer

Vertigo Releasing has shared a poster and trailer for The Drowned, the supernatural thriller from writer-director Samuel Clemens.

The film, which premiered at London FrightFest Halloween last year,  sees three thieves arrives at their secluded coastal safe house after stealing a priceless painting, only to discover their third accomplice is missing and they begin to suspect a sinister presence lurks deep in the water below.

The cast includes Alan Calton, Dominic Vulliamy, Michelangelo Fortuzzi, Lara Lemon, Lily Catalifo, Corrinne Wicks, and Sandrine Salyères. Check out the trailer below…

The Drowned follows three thieves who have just stolen a priceless painting and arrive at a secluded safe house by the sea, only to discover their fourth accomplice is missing. They must question whether one of them was responsible for her disappearance, or if the blame lies with a more sinister presence lurking in the deep water below.

The Drowned is set for release on October 6th in the UK and on October 7th in the US.
