The Millennium Bug ushers in the apocalypse in Y2K trailer

A24 has shared a poster and trailer for director Kyle Mooney and producer Jonah Hill’s horror-comedy Y2K.

Set during New Year’s Eve 1999, the film centres on two high school nobodies (Jaeden Martell and Julian Dennison) as they crash a party, where they find their night spiralling into something crazier than they ever dreamed of as the clock strikes midnight.

Also featuring in the cast are Rachel Zegler, The Kid Laroi, and Fred Durst. Watch the trailer below…

On the last night of 1999, two high school juniors crash a New Years Eve party, only to find themselves fighting for their lives in this dial-up disaster comedy.

Y2K is set for release on December 6th.
