One Piece Odyssey sails onto the Nintendo Switch this July

April 16, 2024 by Andrew Newton

One Piece Odyssey, the RPG that sees the Straw Hat Crew embark on a new adventure on the island of Waford, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on 26th July.  The Switch version of this new adventure, created in collaboration with Eiichiro Oda, will include the Reunion of Memories additional scenario allowing players to continue their adventure after clearing the main game.

In One Piece Odyssey, take control of each member of the Straw Hat Crew in exploring the mysterious island of Waford after a disaster leaves the beloved Thousand Sunny partially submerged in water.  Players will be able to explore the island’s ancient ruins and get to meet Adio and Lim, two inhabitants of Waford.  When Lim takes away the crew’s strengths, it’s up to the beloved heroes to fight different characters and monsters (designed by Oda) and get back to searching for the One Piece.

As mentioned above, the Reunion of Memories additional scenario will be included in the Switch version and will take players on an adventure through the memories of the Straw Hat crew.  The Nintendo Switch version will also include extra outfits for the Straw Hat Crew with the Traveling outfits and the Sniper King’s Traveling Outfit. This version will also debut the City of Water outfits.

One Piece Odyssey will arrive on the Nintendo Switch on 26th July and is currently available on PC, Playstation and Xbox.
