The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 3 trailer teases Stephen Merchant’s arrival

November 5, 2024 by EJ Moreno

On AMC, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon wraps its second season and already has clear plans for season three.

The filmmakers have been fast at work cooking up this new installment in the beloved series, gearing up for a release sometime in 2025. With its regulars returning for Season 3, we see franchise newcomer comedian Stephen Merchant teased for his new explosive role.

Check out the Daryl Dixon 3 teaser, and be sure to watch our interviews with Daryl and Carol themselves, Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride below…

The new season picks up where The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon left off, following fan-favorite characters Daryl Dixon (Reedus) and Carol Peletier (McBride). They both confront old demons while she fights to find her friend, and he struggles with his decision to stay in France, causing tension at the Nest. Additionally, Genet’s (Anne Charrier) movement builds momentum, setting Pouvoir on a violent collision course with the Union of Hope in the fight for France’s future.

In addition to Reedus, McBride, and Charrier, the show’s cast includes Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Romain Levi, Eriq Ebouaney, and Manish Dayal.

The new season of Daryl Dixon is coming in 2025 exclusively on AMC and AMC+.
