Having been filming for several months now, Lucasfilm has finally revealed the cast for The Mandalorian, executive producer Jon Favreau’s live-action Star Wars series.

As previously reported, Narcos and Game of Thrones’ Pedro Pascal has secured the title role of the lone Mandalorian gunfighter, while we also have confirmation on Gina Carano (Deadpool), Carl Weathers (Rocky) and Nick Nolte (Afflication).

In addition, Lucasfilm has also announced that Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Omid Abtahi (American Gods) and Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man).

“We’re having a great time working with this incredibly talented group and excited for everyone to see what we’re up to,” said Favreau.

Plot details on The Mandalorian are being kept tightly under wraps, but we do know that it is set around five years after Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi and takes place in the Outer Rim.
